Never let your fear decide your fate.

December 14, 2012 by Rika 4 Comments

I’m still working on my post for tipping etiquette guide for diving in Roatan, so in the meantime I would love for you to watch this amazing video some friends of mine made. And since we all know I’m an egotistical camera whore, you will be pleased to see me in this video several times! (Watch closely in the shark dive, other diving footage, and on the yacht. Also, the last frame in the video is a green moray eel attacking me!)

Thanks so much to Devin and Mark who made this video – two really cool guys I met randomly in a bar here who came diving with me, went on a shark dive with me, went on an all-day party on a yacht with me, and in general made my week awesome. They’re off on a huge adventure and are also are starting up a rad website called Advenshares, where people can post photos and stories of kickass adventures they’ve had in certain places.

These guys look super fun. As do you. If/when I get down there, I'm hitting up that dive shop! Also, Advenshares sounds like a really cool idea. Going to check it out!

Diving in Roatan is AMAZING! I've had divers who have been all over the world and say that our reef is the best. Come see us here!!
